Mr. Gray leads strategy for a defense tech startup building ocean-going, unmanned systems and is a master’s in public administration candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. He spent summer 2023 in Ukraine working with two NGOs, Zero Line and the Kyiv Engineering Corps. He served from 2016 to 2021 as a naval intelligence officer, deploying on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CSG-9) and Dwight D. Eisenhower (CSG-2). He received a bachelor’s in economics and Arab studies from Davidson College and a master’s of business administration from MIT.
