Lieutenant Commander Green is an intelligence officer. He graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 2007 with a bachelor of science degree in marine transportation and holds a master’s degree in geographic information science from the University of London, Birkbeck College. He is a reservist currently on active-duty orders and recently served on the staff of Commander, Submarine Group Seven.
