Captain McKeown served three years in West Germany as an intelligence officer, and completed his active service as the intelligence and security officer of the Support Command. 82d Airborne Division. Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. He is currently an intelligence research specialist for the Defense Intelligence Agency. He received a B.A. in Russian from La Salle College and is currently enrolled in the graduate program in Russian Area Studies at Georgetown University.
