Lieutenant Booth is stationed at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He has a master’s degree in military history from American Military University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Georgia Southern University. He is pursuing a master’s degree in defense and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
