Captain Lundquist is the president and CEO of Echo Bridge LLC of Springfield, Virginia. He is a senior-level communications professional with more than 39 years of public affairs, public relations, and corporate communications experience in military, private association, and corporate service. He retired from the Navy in 2000 following a 24-year career in which qualified as a surface warfare officer and later served as a public affairs officer.
