Lieutenant (j.g.) Baba graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. After completing training, he served as a cryptologic analyst for Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii where he then mobilized to Combined Special Operations Headquarters Iraq. Lieutenant (j.g.) Baba then commissioned as an intelligence officer. He currently serves at the cyber threat intelligence reserve unit based out of Joint Intelligence Operations Center, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
