Hospital Corpsman Clutter enlisted in the Navy in 2007 and has served as a hospital corpsman for two combat tours, one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. He is assigned to 1st Marine Division on board Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. He is a recipient of the Purple Heart medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medals, three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medals, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and various other unit and personal awards.
