Lieutenant Noah Miller, U.S. Coast Guard, was commissioned from the Coast Guard Academy in 2011 with a degree in marine and environmental sciences. He currently serves as a command duty officer at the Coast Guard National Command Center. Previously he flew H-60s in counterdrug, countermigrant, search-and-rescue, and hurricane response missions.
