Lieutenant Philip D. Mayer, Judge Advocate General's Corps, U.S. Navy, is serving as a first-tour judge advocate at Defense Service Office Southeast Branch Office Jacksonville, Florida. He has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he earned his juris doctor at the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2017.
